KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Our standard measure KPI will be gross monthly sales, which indicates the overall success of Ash & Aspen. Additionally, we will analyze other measures of KPI to gauge relative success in each of our three channels: brick and mortar, social media, and e-commerce. Foot traffic will be measured in our store, web traffic will be measured on our website, and social media following will be measured from our Instagram, Facebook, etc.
