EVENT PLAN
1.

POP-UP SHOP
While our brick and mortar location is undergoing the final phases
of construction, we will introduce
our brand to the public via a pop-up booth at a local concert or farmer's market. Locally sourced iced teas and lemonade will be served alongside finger foods. In this phase, we will attract and greet customers while beginning to form an initial contact list for sending promotional items and event invitations.
2.

CALLIGRAPHY WORKSHOP
The first 25 women to follow us on social media will be invited to an exclusive calligraphy workshop held by a local artist in our new store space. During this time, a sneak peak of our merchandise mix will be revealed. Our customer base will begin to intertwine, developing a community of friends that will spread the word about our impending opening. This event will hopefully lead to numerous social media posts and produce an even larger following before a single product is sold.
3.

GRAND OPENING RAFFLE
At the time of our grand opening, customers who fill out a customer information card and follow us on social media will be entered to win a free styling session with one of our skilled consultants. Additionally, the winner gets to take home one free item on opening day. This raffle incentive will encourage tremendous growth of our contact list and customer base from the start.
